How to Become a Member
Pathway Clubhouse
Anyone with a mental health diagnosis in Franklin County and is receiving treatment for a mental health diagnosis (Psychiatrist, counselor, or case manager) can become a member. To become a member you can call, the main number (614)251-7820 or call Teresa at (614)626-7097, email the Clubhouse at pathwayclubhouse@gmail.com, or come into the Clubhouse. As a potential member you would take a tour of the Clubhouse and decide if you’d like to become a member.
Miracle Clubhouse
We have a one-page referral form and ask for mental health diagnosis documentation with the referral. New members can self-refer or be referred by case managers, counselors, therapists, hospitals, etc.
Every person is a member when they come in the door on their first day. After three days at Clubhouse, a new member can complete our new membership paperwork.
Magnolia Clubhouse
Member must have a diagnosed mental illness and be over the age of 18. Call the Clubhouse at (216)721-3030 to schedule a tour and complete a referral form. Once the tour is complete the individual can decide to become a member.
